Welcome!

Looking back through my career, I should really have created a portfolio long ago. But when I started in my comms journey, I always thought portfolios were for freelancers, not for communications professionals. After all, while what we do is writing, it's not "portfolio-worthy."

Oh how wrong I was.

I wish I could go back and talk to past me and tell him that he needs to keep everything he's done because it is portfolio-worthy! Every image I've made, every document I've created, those were pieces of work that not only showcased my talent but also my journey through the comms field. One could see the progression in my writing, how I've changed and matured in my talents.

But hey, better late than never right?

I'll be updating this blog every once in a while with my thoughts and I'll probably crosspost to LinkedIn. I'm not particularly sure what I'll write about but the words will come all the same.
