ULI wanted to send semi-personalized newsletters to leadership and members showing them the media reach of ULI. I was tasked with creating these newsletters and sending them on a monthly basis on behalf of a senior executive.
I looked at media mentions through Trendkite (now Cision) and found the top articles with the most impact. I drafted cover letters for the senior executive and created the newsletters, sending them out on the first of the month depending on the region. I also grabbed statistics monthly for the clickthrough rates, giving ULI more insight into what readers wanted.
