Goal:

Create a flyer that could be distributed at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites and other IRS facilities, assisting taxpayers in quickly understanding their responsibilities.

Solution:

As with Publication 5802, I was brought in as a closer. My solution here was to take everything that seemed complex in the checklist and distill it into simple, bite-sized language that could easily be glanced at when waiting at an IRS tax assistance site.
