TXO in the Know Desk Guide

Issue:

There was very little and scattered documentation on how to run the TXO in the Know newsletter.

Goal:

To create a document that could help future editors of the TXO in the Know newsletter understand how to run it and what was involved in the creation and distribution of it.

Solution:

Having worked on newsletters a lot beforehand, I was very well-versed in what was needed to create and maintain a set schedule, along with documenting processes involved to make a successful newsletter. I drew upon my previous experience to create this document, which served as a model for other documents in TXO.
