Issue

The Taxpayer Experience Office (TXO) had no documentation on how to conduct a webinar.

Though it may seem simple to create and run a webinar, it actually involves a complex set of operations spanning multiple people and sometimes departments. The department would hold webinars but the process could vary wildly depending on who ran it and what the needs were.

Goal

To create some sort of documentation that would streamline and create a smoother, more uniform webinar experience.

Solution

Create a webinar document,living in the global TXO SharePoint, that anyone could access to create consistent experiences.

Drawing on my background of writing process memos, I created a document that clearly laid out the steps to ensure consistency in webinar production. Using this enabled TXO to create better outcomes for participants.
